@zXYOMAMA2120Xz A good $100 car for beginners would be the something like the Drift Star from Exceed RC or one of their newer models. They are the cheapest on nitrorcx.com, I even have a review of one

@hyperdrifthawaii i went with hpi, where i live parts for the hpi were way easier to get then yokomo or tamiya thanks for the help

What's a good beginners car for drifting? I was looking at a Yokomo but it was a little expensive but loved the body.

@zXYOMAMA2120Xz look into tamiya brand kits, affordable and reliable. bodies don't matter you can buy those seperately

do the tamiyas perform better then the hpis or the yokomos??? i used to have a yokomo i sold it and regret it, but with yokomo it took forever to get parts. i would appriciate your opinion.

@redneck92x it's all user preference, alot of times it depends on the persons budget too. back then we preferred tamiya for its durability, parts availability, and affordable price. if you practice enough you can make any kit drift like crazy.
