there's no reason to respect the opinion of idiots, as if we should all be civilized and relativists, a racist's reasons for hating hispanics is just as valid as any other opinion. Respect is about qualifications. If one says that everyone's opinion is valid its the same as saying none of them are, and once you call yourself a reviewer you are saying that you believe your opinion to be superior to most other. IE when I insult reviewers like this I'm complimenting others I think have some taste.

I have no clue why you compared our opinion to racism. Now that's the most idiotic thing I have ever read. An opinion being valid? Man, do you even know the definition of an opinion? Facts need to be valid, not opinions. We also have never said that our opinions are valid, never indicated that. All we said is that opinions are opinions, how do we respect others opinions if they cannot respect ours. You make seem as though we dislike this movie, which is false. We really like this movie.

All we did was indicate small problems. While watching this movie, we took mental notes. Like all reviewers, we must be prepared as to what we must say. What Chris noticed was the not-so-great looking costumes and THOUGHT the ending messed up the movie. I on the other hand, thought the end was great. I just had problems with the VERY subjective dialogue. As I said, you make it seem as though we hate this movie, and want it to burn in "hell". No we don't. I like it A LOT.

it's (ah-zee-man-de-as.) not ozymandas. the whole chessey suit thing from nite owl and ozymandias is the point! IT"S SET IN 19 FUCKING 85! oh my god, you don't get it! nite owl & silk are still living in the past! they CAN'T FORGET THE GLORY DAYS!

i'm not saying your opinions are wrong, i'm just saying if you know your information and your gonna be professional about it, you REALLY need to think about a film.

The costumes are nothing to think about. It's an opinion that they don't look good not a fact. Even why did Silk Spectre's and even Comedian's costume looked good and his was from the 50's. And you shouldn't talk about professionalism when you go out and curse at me.

You seriously did not get this movie. Neither of you did. If you actually took the time to read the book, maybe you would've. The costumes look cheesey/cheap cuz its set in a universe where superheros exist and are a part of everyday life. They had to make their own costumes. It wasn't like Dark Knight where Morgan Freeman made everything for them. Also, Ross, they were talking about the old days because it was IN THE BOOK!!!! Also, the acting was great, except the actors you mentioned.

The costumes are a big part of the movie! It's set in 1985, they are not ripped off from Batman & Robin. They were supposed to be cheesey and bad looking! Well I think making a review and posting a comment are two different things :)
