Good. It's a sound financial plan for anyone to learn to use less of his or her income, either saving or allocating the remainder for whatever will be most beneficial. Every accountant and financial advisor would love to hear someone saying this, especially to local, state, and federal budgets... This is a great plan for all of us.

so true. it's a huge challenge to me, and one i've not yet lived up to to my own satisfaction, that a massive part of the world's population doesn't even have clean water and here i am buying CDs and the like.

Malcomb Forbes once said "It's more fun to give than to receive." I think he was on to something there. Our pastor has been preaching this for some time now, and as a seasoned Christian, I have to agree. Good stuff.
