  • @BeastBodyBuilding As a competitor in the 148lb class, if I could do 185x12 I would. 135 would be a decent weight for a 148'er.

  • Just posted a new video 190lbs x 13 reps in 7 minutes 10 seconds.

  • great job bro, keep it up

    your boy, Will

  • @BeastBodyBuilding I was just wondering because of what I saw on that link he provided.

  • @trickyfeet17 95lbs ? thats like barely 1/2 your body weight. Mike did it with 2/3 his body weight.

  • @BeastBodyBuilding Mike you weigh around 275 correct? If so 185 is around .67x or 2/3 your body weight.

  • I think you should change the challenge to who ever can beat 185x12 is the winner. 95lbs, 115lbs, 135lbs would just be joke. 185lbs seems legit standard for anyone who trains with weights.

  • looks like something you see in cross fit...... what would the lifting weight be for someone under 200 pounds of bodyweight?

  • So people that weigh under 180 use 95 pounds?

  • brutal.
