Do you mean the Roman Empire, Byzantine Empire, Latin Empire or Ottoman Empire or any of the previous ones or all of those by saying barbar? The "civilization artefacts" shown in the video belong to all those cultures.
On the other hand yes, some humans are barbaric, while some enlightened ones contribute to the time we spend on this earth others urge to kill or make each other suffer.
