I built a giant mouse wheel for my high energy dog, Jumbo. The exerciser (I call it the HoundRound) has a peanut butter motivator mechanism.

Pretty smart, effective...I'm surprised that his speed wasn't consistent - go...stop...go...stop...go...
I'm just disappointed that he didn't take off running like his rodent counterparts.
