We just got this song for band today and we were sight reading it and we decided the third part reminded everyone of "This is halloween" XD Also my friend claims she can understand the titles (which we all know she can't) and told is the third part is "That girl is a snake" XD

I was also in that Region band, too bad they took out the first movement...I liked the oboe solo. BTW BASS CLARINETS SOUND LIKE DONKEYS!!! LOL (BASS CLARINETS ROCK)
