@dschenberg Outdated? Far from it! SWAP has the built-in capability to take notes and answer qualifying questions at the time of capture, the leads are more detailed and complete. Even the salesperson who took the lead is identified in the lead for further clarification. Exhibitors can identify and rank the best leads through filtering the data in the portal by purchasing timeframe and budget availability and other criteria.

Cute video but what good is a list of people you met if there's nothing for them to go look at after the event. As I see it, you've replaced one outdated lead management process with one that looks just like it on a phone. Event attendees want something to replace the portable trash bag they carry around an event. Go have a look at BusyEvent who's been doing this for 5 years and strike up a partnership where you can gain access to their next generation tools being launched next month.
