Cry Baby Performance @ The 2008 Tony Awards

Here is John Waters introducing the cast of Cry Baby. They performed the song "A Little Upset" at the 2008 Tony Awards on June 15, 2008. Cry Baby is based on the John Waters' film of the same name which starred the young Johnny Depp. Unfortunately, the Broadway show closed on Sunday, June 22, 2008 after only about 40 performances even though it was nominated for Best Musical. I thought both the movie and the show were great!

I usually prefer live performances...but i'm thinking i like the movie better in this case....
