It's actually in 6/8 time not 3/4

Hoist The Colors isn't meant to be a waltzy, dance song. Have you seen the beginning of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" ???

i believe that the writer meant for the score to have three flats, but they are just showing Ab and Eb...(thats what i think) Nice work by the way :)

@ibualama well its got 2 flats in it so that means that its e flat major or c minor
