EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson Announces Endangerment Findings

December 7, 2009, Administrator Jackson announces that greenhouse gases threaten public health and the environment.

"The accumulation of CO2 and other greenhouse gases in the atmosphere can lead to hotter, longer heat waves that threaten the health of the sick, the poor, the elderly - that can increase ground-level ozone pollution linked to asthma and other respiratory illnesses."

Science overwhelmingly shows greenhouse gas concentrations at unprecedented levels due to human activity.

An amazing control scam. If lawmakers pass unpopular laws, they might not get re-elected next time around. But the EPA is not accountable to voters, so they can enforce at will, and rule at their discretion. As Lisa Jackson said, once they make a determination of endangerment, they are "compelled" to act. So, announce that co2 is a pollutant, and it's a done deal. They can enforce in any manner they see fit, and the only way to fight it is in the courts. That will be the test.

And she made this announcement on Pearl Harbor Day, just like we weren't expecting the Japaneses to bomb Pearl Harbor, she wants to bomb the American People with false claims made by the Climate "Scientists" who falsify documents. The EPA is no different then the Governors king George set up they are a despicable Govt bureaucracy they rule over us and make policy's governing us and NONE of them were elected by the people they make laws over, and they are one of the strong arms the Obama administration to bully the American people. we must Act now and THROW all the bums out of congress in 2010. We must restore America as our founding fathers intended and make sure sick bats like Administrator Jackson are out of public life

Liar. She said the findings had nothing to do with Copenhagen. Yet Al Gore visited Obama that day and her own Twitter account said otherwise....she had to give something to Obama before Copenhagen. To make such an important political decision based on IPCC data, which came from the hacked CRU computers, is very poor judgement. Lisa Jackson should be fired.

Remember greenhouse gases are different from climate change, guys. The greenhouse effect has been shown to be real since the 50's and has been shown to be happening here on Earth since the 70's - entirely different from the more inscrutable claims of Mr. Gore so this IS something we must do something about.
