@NICK00065 I guess so, they do not come straight out the side, they aren't parallel to the ground either so yeah I suppose saying they are at a 45degree angle makes sense.

Dude so is it the 40 or 50 series , cuase im about to buy this exact exhaust for my 02.... with the volent intake i already have.

how loud is it in the truck?

Depends on your RPM and where your driving. City, its not that loud in cab (only hear it when accelerating) once you reach 25 35 45mph or whatever the speed limit is. On the Highway though, at 70-75mph, there is a lot of "drone" in the cab. Sometimes it is worse than other times. Doesn't bother me to much though.
