wow guys, first that is an LMA (laryngeal mask airway), not an endotracheal tube, and propofol does not cause paralysis. there is a reduced respiratory drive and muscle tone. but true paralysis like you get in an RSI is through succinylcholine or pancuronium.

@ontariobuds It's a breathing tube. Propofol causes paralysis. Without the tube she would suffocate because she couldn't breathe.

I typed in 'going under anesthesia' into the YT search text field, only because I was curious to see what it looks like from the outside (I've undergone general anesthesia for surgery several times) and all these videos came up with specifically beautiful women going under. Do I detect a trend here?
