This are not two identical shirts and two identical bags. If the both shirts and bags would look the same than she wouldn't tell difference, I'm pretty sure if the orange shirt would come from the retail store, it would have the same chance to fray over time and washings, due to the fact that the ruffles are made in this way, the ruffles on the pink shirt in this case just more preferable, no relation to whether it's retail or outlet store and there are difference in the cut of this bags.
