Why would you listen to all those people on the internet trying to sell you products or ridiculous cures when you can have a Gastrointerologist give you information that WORKS. Following Dr. Jones advice in this book has helped me immensely, eleminated my pain and suffering which I thought was IBS but turns out was constipation. The book explains how your body works and then sets out a plan for you to get the locomotive moving down the tracks!
