Doctor Fish - Fish Spa Pedicure

This was taken in Dubai at the Global Village during the Dubai Shopping Festival while I was there.
I came across this interesting event where you could get a "pedicure" per say for 15 minutes. It was the most interesting experience I've ever gone through during my trip and I recommend it to everyone. It leaves your feet super soft as the fish nibble away the dead skin. I have to say it was really scary and weird at first coz it was ticklish and just weird in general! lol But after a while, you get used to the sensation and it's quite relaxing actually. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed the experience itself!

@hiphoptango apparently no.. the tank is kept really clean as they have 2 or 3 filters on the side

Did it tickle or did you feel like the fish were biteing?I think I would be squeamish to try this but if your feet come out as soft as you say it may be worth a try.One thing though,how do they clean and sterilize the tank inbetween customers?Cathy

@catmama54 Initially it tickled me so much! but you can feel the biteing sensation if you put your hands in... i didnt really feel it on my hands. my feet felt so soft after and the callouses i had weren't as hard. whatever dry skin i had (eg on my heels) were gone! no word of a lie! it was quite amazing. they had like a bunch of filters to clean the tank. there were at least 2 or 3 in each tank.
