Sunday October 4, 2009 Dede Scozzafava and her Conservative opponent debated health-care reform. But while the event was held in Plattsburgh, Bill Owens hometown, the Democrat candidate failed to attend. Instead, he sent a video tracker to film the forum for him. This begs the question, why is Bill Owens hiding from the very constituents he wishes to represent?

This 'debate' was sponsored by a right wing anti-government group named "the tea party". Here's what CNN reported about this group: She leads the rallies in each city with Mark Williams, a former talk radio host who now writes books and makes the rounds on cable TV chat shows. Both work for Our Country Deserves Better, the conservative political action committee sponsoring the Tea Party Express bus tour. Shame on the two uninformed candidates who fell into the trap. LOL Now you know!
