Legacy

Long ago, back in 2006 Grimm had an EJ22 Subaru Legacy. He like the exhaust note, but much more, was the intoxicating intake howl of the 2.2 "boxer" four cylinder engine. Nothing quite like it outside of "DTM" and "Groupe A" racing spec BMW inline sixes and fours. It's a sounds you just can't do justice to with a camera but it gives a really clear idea of it. The part the camera just can't reproduce is the vibration the intake noise makes, it shakes you to the core sitting shotgun in this car with it howling full tilt at 7500rpm.
