@kot5ps Detromethorphan (DXM) is an opioid agonist, but it's a kappa opioid receptor agonist. Kappa opioid receptor agonists are known to produce feelings of dysphoria, fear and hallucinations.
DXM is nothing like codeine or any other mu opioid agonist, and I do NOT recommend that anyone who is intending for an opiate-like high attempts to do so with DXM.
