  • That does it...I'm moving to Cape Breton each summer!! I'd wander the streets all day long just to catch the buskers. What a great thing to see! And that little fiddler is really holding his own!

If anyone catches this vid and can idenify the fiddlers and pianist , I'd love to know some names. We've got to give these musicians the credit they deserve!!

  • The small kid is Robbie Fraser and beside him is Ian MacDougall-don't know the rest-sorry.

    -Jenny Dang The Weaver

-Sir David Davidson of Cantray (The only play a few measures a little bit of this one than decide to move on)

    -Jackie Colemans

    -Homeward Bound

    -Lasses of Stewarton

    -McNabb's Hornpipe

  • Yes the fiddler on the right is Kenneth MacLeod, brother of Marion

  • The first tune is a march called the Glencoe Bridge.

The second is a strathspey ... that I don't know the name of.

The third is a Scottish reel called Jenny Dang the Weaver.

  • By the way, does anybody happen to know the tunes?

  • I second that!

  • It is. The guy is an amazing player. I took lessons from him for three years and wish I could have absorbed 10% of the talent he has
