SPECIAL FEATURE: Last week a 48-hour patrol took Paul to villages around the base that had never been visited by the current coalition forces. Long patrols in hostile territory are tough for the flight teams and the troops need to utilise many of the survival skills they've learnt in training.

The RAF has given Paul Goodfellow a handheld video and a small 'lipstick' camera to create his films; he has no previous experience as a cameraman. His videos are checked in Kandahar to ensure they don't include any sensitive data, then sent to London and posted online.

  • What I don't get is how many sad fucks watch this just to complain and bitch about the RAF regiment, I mean if you done like it then don't watch it, it's as simple as that. Me on the otherhand liked the video and am hoping to join the regiment sometime this year, all because of these videos
