Pioneering stop-motion technique by Second Home Studios using Z-printing technology to generate replacement models. Each model is 8in high and filmed as though it is 5mm high. The sequence of the tiny figurine coming to life and running around between the floorboards is an animation test shoot for a prospective feature film biopic about renowned miniaturist sculptor, Willard Wigan.

  • Looks great, and very inspiring. I'm animating around objects at the moment, putting tiny people into them and hopefully giving new meaning to them. Can't wait to see the tests at shorts on walls!

  • Really magical, looking bloody good. Good work xx
