i dont get the segment stuff, i was at segment 22 and then went to segment 23 and then now at segment 24 but theyre all in different places it doesnt continue where u left off

That's part of the game. It's explained very plainly in the instruction manual that you don't always start off in the same place that you save.

@rockymoose12 because you only need the last two because normally you cant get to the spirit or shadow temples without beating the first three the game thinks that they are beaten allready even though he never beat them.

Only the Spirit and Shadow temples are needed. since neither are normally accesible without glitches, the game thinks you have to do the 2 others to even get to them.

Other than it being a totally lame plot device, is there any particular reason why Ganondorf couldn't have imprisoned both Link and Zelda in the crystal? He knows that Link has the 3rd Triforce, so what stopped him?
