Yes, you use an already baked cake, add frosting form the cake rounds and be sure to freeze them for at least an hour. These are so fun to make and even more fun to decorate. Happy baking!

These videos are to show people how to make these for personal use. No, I do not blow on products for sale or have any contact with items. These videos are geared more for fun crafts that you can get the whole family involved in.

As viewers, we aren't thrilled with the idea you did this in your tutorial. I'm not picking on you, but we're just letting you know our reactions to your method. Some people may not have common sense, and follow your video exactly when they try to make a few cake pops for a party.

@gurlofkilika Thanks for you response. I completely understand that people would certainly be turned off if this was done for professional use. I of course wear gloves and don't blow on any real products:) Honestly, I was only thinking about parents doing this with kids, and thought it would be a cool experiment for kids to see the coating harden when they blew on it. if you do ever decide to sell these then get some thick foam that will hold the pops while they dry

I agree. Blowing on cake pops to dry is NOT a good idea. You can just let them air dry while you work on other cake pops. Take a clean show box, punch holes thru and let the cake pops stand there to dry.
