This is the great song composed by Marvin Hamlisch and Edward Kleban for the musical "A Chorus Line." According to Wikipedia, they both won the Tony Award in 1976 for Best Original Score, and they both won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1976 for the musical. The arrangement is in a little book called "The Guitar Tablature Library, volume 3." (I changed just a few notes in the arrangement, here and there.) Be sure to see the video of Shirley Bassey singing this - it's on YouTube.

  • When I 'kiss today goodbye', I'll have this lovely performance as one of its highlights. Thanks for another fine musical memory, Phil! All the best to you.
