Shoop Da Whoop is finally released for the MUGENs. He's a joke character and he's unbeatable(in normal mode), but he has also defeatable mode. "IMMA FIRIN' MAH LAZOR" is really a funny quote. In this MUGEN video The Nightmare SSJ3 gets PWNED by this.
