Sinti and Manouche are cousins, and sometimes are called Sinti-Manouche. The Romanichals of England are also related.

Not exactly. The Gypsies from France are Sinti and French Sinti call themselves Manouches,sometimes Kalé. So Sinti is something like an umbrella term for Manouches. So that's why I suppose Django was first of all a Sinto and after that a Manouche.
