In this provocative and entertaining 25 minute video, the three founders of the Old Women's Project in San Diego talk about ageism and activism. Wearing their multi-colored t-shirts that declare 'Old Women Are Your Future,' and carrying their giant puppet POWER (pissed old women engaged in revolution) they take on the stereotypes of an ageist culture and turn them on their heads.

  • I love what you do, how you do it and why you do.

I'm conducting my own exploration of 'older' in my Project Opera Works for Older Women POWOW. Looking at feminism and ageism in music performance. Check out my blog?

Comments on it would be welcome.

  • How old does one need to be to be old. None of you really look old to me. I'd say in the later 80s to 90s is old now. You all look lovely.

  • @MurrayWeenr I hate morons!

  • They're more interesting than you, wannabe GGAllin.

  • I enjoyed your video and applaud your efforts to stand up for what you believe in. I am going to go to your website to learn more about what you are doing. Good luck.
