Hi. I usually play there, but I didn't play at this concert, but normally, we have just one or two weeks at most to ready 2 or 3 pieces for a single concert.
If it's not during vacations, there are 2 or 3 weekend rehearsals before another 3 or 4 more close ones to ready for the concert.

Measure 278 wasnt very clean, more like a big ball of 16th notes being thrown at the audience, And its rather obvious sudden tempo changes were made since the skill needed to play this piece were not met.
Bad interpretation of the beginning after the timpani solo.
Much of this piece if filled with excitement, but not much was felt after listening to this.

Hmm, i would say imo that you guys have too many saxes for this piece, or maybe just in general, we used 5.
