  • i don't usually comment but I have to say that is not true about if you have a realtor or not. The seller can always pay up to 6% of your closing cost regardless of if you have a realtor or not. I am a mortgage lender and I bought a house where the seller paid 3.5%

  • It's not Real-a-tor. It's Realtor. Two syllables not three. Sorry but how can you call yourself and "expert" or give advice when you can't correctly pronounce Realtor? It makes you look uneducated.
