And may I just add that I'll never get over Brendon's voice. Ever. He has an absolutely brilliant vocal range and style. Just the little ajustments he makes to songs when they play them live are amazing.
The harmonies on this album are ridiculously brilliant. They did very well, here, considering the fact that it's live. It's nice to hear Jon and Ryan more, too!

For Fever, he used a gibson SG and a Les Paul and some description of 'metal' guitar (24 frets) but I'm not sure if he still uses those.
It looks fender-esque, so it could well be a strat of some description.
He may not be using a pedal at all; you can get the 'twang' sound with the two tone dials on any fender and most good guitar amps will have multiple ways to get distortion - either by the right volume ajustment vs treble, bass, etc., or a gain dial.
