Great tips! I've been trying to help a friend do a muscle up but I felt like I was forgetting to explain something. Thanks for making this super simple. Hopefully this helps him get his first muscle up!

very helpful, thanks. i can do about two or three before i hit failure but i think its because my technique isn't right. i know i have the strength...i can do tons of ring pulls and hanging full dips. gotta work on that transition.

Like many on here I owe my first ring muscle up to you. I have been able to do them on a bar for years but the ring was always difficult...but using tips from this vid I got it two days ago, so thanks man, well taught.
