@eginger60 ..... You can add powdered food colouring to isomalt before you start cooking it.. Just put your isomalt and desired powdered colour into a tub that has a lid and give it a good shake until the colour has evenly coated the isomalt.. Then use as normal :) Hope that's helped x

can you use food colouring in isomalt? i just wish there was a proper tutorial showing exactly what to do,I bought the stuff but there are no directions with it.i wish i hadnt bothered and just bought the ready made gems,even though they cast about 20 times more. grrr unhappy with this product

lol isomalt is to be heated up to 320-340 in temp. and it's 10% water to the amount weight of isomalt lol

just use shuggar, ure fine then, no problems, totaly edible^^

some people haved died from Isolamt ! a lot of people get cardiovascular

Ich bin dafür sämtliche Produkte mit Isomalt damit zu Kennzeichenn das Isolamt tödlich sein kann und Kreislaufprobleme verursachen kann !
