Very demanding workout. But also very boring. I wonder how many of these practitioners can stick with routines built on so many unrelieved repetitions of the same movements. Do they get burned out after a year? Do they make it through a year?

@berrybonezz Trust me, I had an issue with this when I began doing Xfit, being spec-ops in the Navy. But they're essentially the same.

@berrybonezz you do have to realize that even tho these people are doing Xfit, they could still very well be beginner lifters. If you watch some more videos and see some of the seasoned Xfitters, they have perfect form! As for the pull-ups....you do the same work to the same muscles when you perform a "kipping" pull-up as you do when you perform a hanging pull-up. The "kip" just allows for speed. Trust me, I had an issue with this when I began doing Xfit, being spec-ops in the Navy.

@berrybonezz STFU you weak ass bodybuilder
they are made to look like that so you have the same ROM as you do with 45ib plates. if they were to deadlift with 25ib plates that you usually find in most gyms for deadlifts etc you go too low which can make the back round at the bottom of the lift.
