Hey Budz: It could be any of the following if it was done in there studio....these are used mostly for recording bands, but can remix with them... Logic Pro Pro Tools Cubase OR, if it was a DJ or REMIXER/PRODUCER doing it, could be: Logic, pro tools, cubase, ableton, reason.... Those are the 4 most popular and widely used...also, you can use more then one program to do anything with....
