I'd like a definitive reason explaining why sub-par club beats have infinitely higher view counts than this masterpiece. People these days...

Anyway, Hotel Paper is probably my all-time favorite album, it's something I'll put on and drift away into a sea of nostalgia. Nostalgia is vast like the ocean and comes and goes like the tides; prominent at one point and then recedes into the collective conscience of the mind as a wave crashes and becomes one with the sea again. :)

i believe there is power in words when they are said right, words themselves spoken plainly can be over used and meaningless, music puts heart and soul and life into words like few other spoken languages can. i feel very strongly about this song altho the reason has never been known to me, i wouldnt sing it to anyone because it felt sacred, something to be saved. today, laying next to my boyfriend, this song came to mind and i recited the lyrics to him, it was hard not to cry. God i love him

Omg, her music literally took me through my adolescence into early adulthood...I love her so much! Hotel Paper was played constantly...her music brought me great joy and helped me through the tough times.
