No, it's really not. What separates America from every other country, beginning in the 20th century, is its GDP and its unscrupulous attempts to protect its own interests (typically trade interests) in foreign countries. Oh, and I'm pretty sure America is the only country that has cheese-whiz, so that's something else. ;-)
