Well it WAS a nice bird! This reminds me of when my GP Lancair wing just folded. Not much you can do with structural failures unfortunately. It's all part of the sickness! :D

Best commentary I've ever heard or seen on the Net about RC aircraft crashes is that YOU WILL CRASH - everyone does! Any RC pilot that mocks another because they crashed needs to be laughed at when it happens to them and laughed at harder when they try explain their way out of it, just for a little perspective. I've had em anywhere from mild to devastating and I know, it's just the way of things. If you're an RC pilot and you've never crashed, odds are extremely high that you're just not flying.

Here's a message to all the armchair critics: Get out from Flight Simulator, build a plane, and let's see YOU fly it. Here's a guy who is enjoying his plane, and has the guts to post a video of his crash. Alot more than I see from some commenters here. "Lousy take off". Were you there, dipsh!t? Heard of wind gusts, a bump in the pavement, or anything like that? Duh. Looked to me a pretty capable pilot whose plane failed. People amaze me.
