bahut acha gana hai ..bahut khoobsoorti se gaya hai madam ne, zeher movie waly ganay se 100 guna behtar..... but yaar esa b tou ho sakta hai k bollywood walon ne iske copyrights purchase kiye hon? check the logo, "shalimar" it is indian production house of bollywood.. so shalimar is the 1 who is entitled to sell rights of this song .. may be they purchased it to alter it.. hardy anything happens out of law.. cool down we agree this is better song.. i just shared it on my facebook ;)

@TheHunkadelic thanks for comments mate. Shalimar is actually a Shalimar Recording Company which was founded in 1974 and headquartered in Islamabad. In 90s a private channel NTM was started and later on it became STN(Shalimar Television Network). Shalimar Recording Company recorded this television program for STN in which guests were top Pakistani singers. This company has no link with indian production house and they never sold the rights to anyone else.

this beautiful song is written by "Tasleem Fazli" exclusively for 1974 Pakistani film Imandar and yes Tassawar Khanum was the original playback singer of film version too.

@TheHunkadelic Tragically for good artists BOTH in Pakistan and India, there are many people ready to rip off their intellectual copyrights (literally rosi-roti of phankars is always stolen!) That is why the WTO had that TRIPRs treaty to prevent this cross border inequity. The poet comes firts, the singer next and the producers last in the payments!
