Tim Meeks and Jason Melani of Marcodi playing on two harpejjis. This was a private demo in the studio of Michael W. Smith in Nashville, Tennessee. Many thanks to Jim Daneker for the introduction! The harpejji is a tapping instrument that combines PIANO INSTINCT with GUITAR SOUL. Hope you enjoy it!

  • I'm sure we'll be hearing one of these on an upcoming MWS production. If not already...

  • I'm thinking mount a bass-drum on one side, snare on the other and making a one-man-band rig :)

  • I was thinking the same ting about the pinball machine - guess that's the one thing that the Stick, Megatar, and Warr guitar have is that they are mobile and allow that sort of stage presence. If only the harpejji could be mobile. imagine how funny you would look with it strapped on your chest!

  • i really love this one it makes me thinking of buying one for real. class
