I was born in the Soo too. I remember the grand opening of the Piggly Wiggly. That was close to 60 years ago.

That was a fantastic video.
I was born, raised, and still live in the Sault.
Awesome images, I remember most of them.
Ya forgot the Piggly Wiggly. lol
As a young child, our class rode the last ferry
to Canada, after the International bridge was built.
I also remember seeing the two large side by side
dirt trails, that would become the end of I-75.
Thank you for the post, and the memories.
