You'd have to ask them...

From what I see and have heard... the floor where they are in the beginning of the clip is earth. So, walking shouldn't cause things to move.

Also, there are so many pipes and such down there as you can see.

If there is a possibility that the cause could be from something explainable, then it can't be used as evidence.

yes.

At the time, we had a lot of things happening... I went to the TAPS forums, and was taught how to sift through what were natural things, and what was left...

Seems most of it was residual, although I couldn't find history on the house.

Also, the family was in turmoil, and it was causing more phenomena.

Myself, and daughter learned very much. And, today, when we have visitors at our new place, we mostly know who to deal with it...

I live in Sedro Woolley and was actually at Northern States yesterday. There's a whole nother part of the hospital across the field that's really awesome

I actually heard a milisecond of the humming, I'm sure of it.... this is freaky stuff. I wouldn't dare even venture into one of the rooms without somebody else; let alone at night!!

@SuperMetalrocker666 For Northern State, aka Cascades Job Corps Center, you don't know it's haunted until you actually go there. If you look at pictures of the place in daylight, you can see how old it is.

Weird to see how much the place has fallen apart since I was there 12yrs. ago. Oh, not as a patient or Job Corps person hehe. Just a job interview. I turned down employment 'cause that place just felt freaky to me.

STOP with the stupid music during the damn investigation. It is just plain terrible and you can't even try to hear anything going on. SO annoying!!
