I said it before and I will say it again...i watch all the bar videos and this, in my opinion, is one of the most impressive on here. I weigh 60kg and can do some of these moves, but your form is better than mine and you are a lot heavier, so I know how hard you must train. Keep it up, truly inspiring man!

@corypalagimas i weight 220 lbs and those ankle weights was like 20 lbs.. i wanted to add more with a belt or something, but the wall is in the way plus the ground is low
