This film is a hilarious and satirical look at what happens when one man's efforts to conserve water in the midst of a drought go too far and push his roommates to the edge.

Created by Who is Keyser Soze? at University of Georgia in 2008 as part of Campus MovieFest, the world's largest student film festival.
