The NYPD cleaned up the streets of NYC, and made New York City safe. Thank You Rudolph Guiliani for cracking the whip as mayor. These skells will no more own the streets of New York like they did anymore. Thank you NYPD for making the streets of New York safe for me, and my family. Keep locking up the skells, because they are no good to New York City.

Thank you NYPD for your service! These skells want NYC to go back the way it used to be back in the 70's, and 80's when criminals rukled the streets. Lets continue gentrification, and make all these skells go.

Oh boy!!! That back-up officer will be fired soon. lol :)

That back-up officer was wrong for not assisting the arresting officer during an arrest. That back-up officer was wrong for telling that citizen to turn of his camera phone. That is a big no-no. This footage is good evidence against this back-up officer who committed several crimes.

That back-up officer is a skell. Sooner or later, he will get caught up in corruption, and will be fired. He is a criminal in uniform, and will no doubt be fired in the near future. I saw atleast 3 crimes committed by this back-up officer. The NYPD needs to be more proactive at getting rid of these skells who obstruct law enforcement, and assaults an officer legally performing his official duties.

@prdawg215 Sounds like we've found a pig on right here on youtube. Squeal motherfucker, Squeal like the piece of shit you are.

Shame!!! That back up officer should of helped the arresting officer rather than pushing him, and making a scene. He should be terminated, and arrested for obstructing Law Enforcement. Even he himself roughed the man up.
I love all the comments saying the "bad" cop isn't beating up the handcuffed suspect. You guys are right that we don't know the whole story. We don't know what led up to this.
But the "good" cop does. He was there. For him to feel the need to stop him generally tells me that the "bad" cop was doing something he shouldn't.
Why would that simple logic not answer the question?
