In order to get the Weapon X Arena you had to Pre Order the game from Game Stop.

It appears this has shown up in the online stores on XBLX and PSN. It cost about $10 to download. Enjoy!

I like this game because you don't just hit the guys a few times and they die you can rip them limb from limb just like the real wolverine.
