stupid fanbois trying to pretend to be Ken Block.... holding rallies in the US, no matter which santioning body in the US, has always been an uphill battle. And idiots like Alex Pringle and his "co-driver" make it even harder!!! Great work ratting this irresponsible idiot out, whom in addition to damaging his car, tried to damage the art and culture of rally

As both a Subaru fan and a Colorado native, this really pisses me off.
Keep the Subies to the city streets and curvy mountain highways, and get a Jeep if you want to hit the rough stuff. I wouldn't dream of driving my WRX on a road like this, just because it has no clearance.

@Tamaresque Its used as a 4x4 trail. This sack of shit tore his oil pan and it leaked all over the trail. They closed the trail for more than a week... I was planning on going up there (I am a colorado native) last weekend but couldn't because it was closed for (repairs). Meaning, they had to retrieve this car cause he abandoned it and find where the oil leaked and clean it up as best they can...

I know a car doesn't belong there but I don't see anything being "destroyed".

Dude, these guys are completely ignorant...
I mean rly... "Was this meant for cars?!"

SUBARU!!!
Tell you what, if the Colorado Trail Patrol and OHV enthusiasts are now in the business of holding irresponsible offroading nitwits accountable, I could point you to a few other areas in the Front Range near Denver that need just a little attention. Or is this just something you guys do to feel sanctimonious when someone from outside the club wanders out and does something stupid?

@paalexan CTP is a volunteer based observe and report program using peer pressure to increase OHV compliance on public lands. If you would like to participate you are encouraged to join the Patrol. You can find more info on their Facebook page.

With the help of local OHV enthusiasts and Colorado Trail Patrol, the vehicle will be removed from the national forest and the owner held accountable. The Clear Creek Ranger District and the Boulder Ranger District as well as local law enforcement have been notified.
