Blacks will always jump at the chance to call whites racist

During the same time frame min wage in America was $2hr so 80$ a week before taxes but it cost more to live here too.In the 1960s there were jim crow laws in the south that wouldnt let a black man vote that wasn't literate and education was segregated and not equal

@russeleoin No they can't no matter were you are your heart will always be in Rhodesia.
as the grandson of a farmer it sadens me greatly knowing that the land it fertile enough to feed the nation so that no one go hungry white or black. I was born In 73 so I never got to see a prosperous rhodesia

I wonder if the Blacks today are earning the modern equivalent of 15, 20, 30 dollars a week and in stable modern homes (I wish I had a stable home and wage to raise a family and I live in the UK!).. Noah and people like him did far better in Rhodesia, far better - now everyone suffers and goes without (save Mugabes henchmen who I suspect now squat in those grand houses but contribute nothing to the country) I suppose this is the much lauded equality.

Thank you so much for posting this Mediumcool.
As ever Smithy did not disappoint. He held himself well and spoke his mind, oh an how right he was. I miss him and Rhodesia so much, the world is a lesser place without them and there is not a politician alive with his honesty and integrity. But I suppose that I am one of the lucky few, I am Rhodesian and that is something that no one can take away from me.
