Even if modern European Jews were Semitic (a big IF), the claim of Native Americans to the Americas is both more recent and more justifiable. However, I don' t see any UN resolutions to chase the Europeans off that landmass.

In addition, whether European Jews are in fact of middle eastern semitic descent is highly debatable, Judaism having been a proletysing religion at certain points in history. DNA analysis shows however, that the Palestinians are direct descendants of Hebraic and Canaanite peoples (albeit arabized and Islamised)
