CALD Dinner Reception in honor of Dr. Surin Pitsuwan Part 6

This is the video coverage of the dinner reception, organized by the Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats (CALD) secretariat, tendered in honor of H.E. Dr. Surin Pitsuwan, ASEAN Secretary-General and founding chair of CALD. Held last July 7, 2008 at the CALD-FNF-YLDA Office, the event was organized in cooperation with the Liberal Party of the Philippines (LP) and with the support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF).
